My cat likes to rub his face against the edge of my glasses until he inevitably pushes them off my face :cat-confused:

My dogs an ESA so he has a cuddle command if I need to like hold or be held for PTSD reasons, anyway he figured out if he throws an arm over me if I ask for cuddles I calm down faster. My dog now sleeps spooning his arm over me.

To all my poster comrades posting about their weird little babies, give them a forehead kiss from Stalin and me :stalin-heart:

1st place: generally when he wants something (a door opened, more food/water) he comes into whatever room i'm in and starts making his cat noises. but if i have headphones on and am distracted, he will slyly get up on the back of the couch and come over near me, before reaching out with a front paw and gently tapping it on my shoulder. like a polite but familiar old man trying to get my attention. once i get up, he runs over to the thing that he needs me to do.

2nd place: if he's outside when i am arriving home in a car, he runs up to greet my car and makes a big production out of meeting me on the pathway, walking with me up the steps, chatting, coming inside with me, etc. if i am arriving on foot, he could give a shit.

One of my partners cats is obsessed with eating hair. Straight off our heads if he can get away with it. We had to keep the bedroom door closed because more than once one of us would wake up to him munching on our hair.

My cat greets people by stretching out one paw like she's waving, and if she feels she isn't getting enough attention she'll walk in front of us, meow, and then flop over onto her back.

    She's perfect.

Idk if its a normal thing dogs do (she's the only one I've had that has done this) but the corgi will FREQUENTLY look back at me while we're walking and smile when she see's I'm close by.

She's also a little attention hog and will move her head under your hands if you stop petting, or if you pet our chihuahua. Even if she's across the room, "oh hai pets can i have some? gimme."

My blind cat likes to find the fake mouse toys we have in the house and then carry them around the house meowing until we thank her for providing for the family.

She will also climb her cat tower, use it to get into my desk, and then meow for me to put her on the floor from the desk. But if I leave and she's in her tower I will find her outside of the tower so she can clearly get down when I'm not there.

my dog has an interesting eating ritual: she almost never eats straight from the bowl. Instead she picks a few pellets (is that what you call dog food pieces?), like 3 to 5, with her mouth, go to another surface , drop the pellets there and eat them one by one, then return to the bowl and do it again. She loves eating on top of flip-flops and sofas.

One of my cats likes to jump into my lap, latch her claws into the collar of my shirt, and then chew on my beard going "NOM NOM NOM NOM" really loudly and purring. I think she thinks she's cleaning me, but her breath smells like shit so its a bit of a wash.
