    I recommend trying micro-dosing of psilocybin. Does wonders for my MDD and PTSD. A literal life saver in my case.

      Any advice on finding a place to get it? I'm in Illinois, don't have friends and don't go to college. Have tried everything including shock therapy for depression.

        Unfortunately no. I've always just had friends who can hook me up. It can be hard to find generally speaking. The good news is psilocybin has been granted breakthrough status by the FDA and will begin stage 3 clinical trials next year. I'm very hopeful it will be unscheduled and more widely available in the near future.

      Yeah I do shrooms every once in a while and it makes me feel great. I should look into micro dosing tbh

        For sure general tips, try to dose no more often than every other day - less if you can. I dose every 3rd day myself, but I know some people who do just fine dosing as little as once a week. Get yourself a micro-gram scale, and start super small - like 0.05 grams. You want to get it to the point where you can just barely notice a difference. Usually the sweet spot is around 0.08-0.11 grams but it varies with the potency of your shrooms. The way I know I have the right dose is that I don't actually experience any active effects, but it feels like the whole world is just a little bit brighter. It's as if the day was overcast, and all of a sudden the sun breaks through the clouds and you see everything in more vivid color.
