Tim Horton's is Canadian, right? I feel like if they did this in the US one of the hogs might run them over and just proceed to the window.
You can tell it's not America because a brown man in a turban is blocking a road and has not been gunned down or run over yet.
English Canada is basically the US but uses the metric system.
