"Objectivity" is an inherently poisonous concept.it simply doesn't exist. Everyone views the world from a position defined by their culture, life experiences, language, and personal biases. No matter how objective you think you are. Its essentially a self inflicted blind spot where you believe the way you see the world is the world as it actually exists.
It's important to recognize and examine your biases. Once you've done that you can admit to yourself that you don't know everything and you're better positioned to try (try!) To find flaws in your reasoning and to appreciate other arguments and viewpoints.
