Everything else here is plausible. But I see Japan as one of those stubborn capitalist hold-outs that cling to archaic ways of life for generations yet to come.
That's why they'll ultimately be cut out. They'll close off their society and marinate in their own hubris for another century before the rot finally caves everything in.
The people living in the global south will no longer be exploited.
Teachers will be able to teach about how the western world expoited the entire world without a risk of being blacklisted.
Cinema movies will be pretty much normal movies
