    The algorithm most likely connects some of your browser history with trans women. HRT for transfemme people usually involves both estradiole (which is mainly prescribed to cis women with menopause syndromes, my estradiole gel doesn't even mention anywhere that it is used for hormonally transitioning as well) and an androgen blocker like spironolactone or cyproterone (which are normally prescribed to cis men with an enlarged prostate). I think we're the only people in the world who take both menopause and enlarged prostate medication.
