The only movie I've ever walked away from angry was The Hobbit. I think my hatred of that film was amplified by how I was working six day weeks and I had spent a big chunk of my one day off going to see it. Never saw the other two but they look awful, such a shame considering that LotR is the greatest trilogy of all time.
The Desolation of Smaug was worse than the first Hobbit movie. I remember the collective muttered "what the fuck?" that both I and numerous people around me said roughly at the same time when credits rolled after that stupid video game gold statue sequence. Also, making Smaug into some 2smart4u Benedict Cumberbatch bazinga cliche was fucking stupid.

I fell asleep in the theater for one of the Hobbit movies. also the 60 fps or w/e made me sick.
