And why Europe is next in line to have its resources extracted for the motherland.
At the end of the day, Capital ended up with the US' military as its enforcement apparatus, so they're kind of the only population they need to keep brainwashed, relatively docile (when it comes to those with power) and generally getting treats (before they finish automating the surveillance systems, war machines, computers, and algorithms to control the future police planet).
