I think that when people get pissed enough many with of the phobias will get set to one side in favour of the economic interests.

EDIT: To put it another way, there are a bunch of people who are economic left but otherwise side with the right purely because there's no available pathway to eating the rich at this time. If they genuinely believed it was finally time to eat them they would drop all other cares.
No, Chapelle still calls out anti-black sentiment in the US. His audience is mostly right-liberals who think black lives matter but "sometimes they just go a bit too far, and I'm glad we got Chapelle to call those people out!"
