Yea the fun part on this one is the wound that demonstrates tunneling. One of the nurse clinicians told me to stick my finger in one of the holes and poke it sideways to feel how some wounds can go under the skin.
I'm sure you don't have it open anymore, but if you get it again, the menu in the top right includes a "Why am I seeing this ad?" button that will give you at least some info on it

I've seen lots of different versions of these. Makes sense. They're clean, they're reusable, you can practice doing stitches wherever.
