Every article I've seen has quotes from Republicans on how its never the dogs fault, just the owner. Its wild lol. I've never seen them eat their own like this. It was clearly a bridge to far. No one is saying having to old yeller a dog is just a normal part of life. And she did it in front of a construction crew, didn't even do it on her own property or in private.
