Seriously doubt the swastika was intentional, there's only so many designs you can make with fourfold radial symmetry and this isn't even particularly pronounced.
Anybody who makes things with fourfold radial symmetry knows that half the work is throwing out all the accidental swastikas.
Not to mention that fascists have so many different symbols that every other random combination of lines turns out to be another fascist symbol.
