I like tortillas because they make easy meals. I have very good memories of eating warm, freshly baked sourdough loafs and baguettes with my family in France. Naan bread is very yummy also

    While I stand by All Bread Good, I will add Fresh Bread good.

    And I scored a bread maker from a relative downsizing, and even just normal loaf bread, but literally just done cookong is gamechanging. I love that I can load the cooker with ingredients, and set up a timer so it'll be ready first thing in the morning. Great waking up to that fresh bread smell
