a lot of the covid-awareness available on social media is definitely divorced entirely from class analysis and obnoxious as fuck. like yelling at people for not recycling tier. anyone talking about this should also be talking about the disabled being disproportionately precarious and likely to be in a position to being forced to choose between working among a viral pandemic that can kill them or staying home and losing it or starving, etc.

that doesn't make alice's take any less shitty. worse if anything because it critiques the good part of the messaging and entirely ignores the bad part
