Wes Moore has spoken repeatedly on the importance of community service, and now he’s proposing the creation of a new state agency to help encourage those efforts.

obviously, this is only for poor kids who can't afford college. maybe he thinks there's gonna be a war against VA? or maybe he thinks this is some kind of weird jobs program? idk, this one is weird.

    It honestly sounds like less of a waste of time than anything I did, or would have been capable of doing, in my first 2-3 years out of high school.
