The Hague Invasion Act is from 2002. I don't know anything about international law but all the US would need to do is fudge "intent" to make it cover Israel. "...or allied personnel" is already in the text.

      American Service-Members' Protection Act

The American Service-Members' Protection Act (enacted August 2, 2002), known informally as The Hague Invasion Act, is a United States federal law described as "a bill to protect United States military personnel and other elected and appointed officials of the United States government against criminal prosecution by an international criminal court to which the United States is not party."

The Act gives the president power to use "all means necessary and appropriate to bring about the release of any U.S. or allied personnel being detained or imprisoned by, on behalf of, or at the request of the International Criminal Court".

Yeah at first I was like nah no way they threatened to “invade The Hague”, but they really kinda did. Lunatics.

I’m pretty sure America actually has a law or something about this and yeah they would unironically. Like if any American were to actually be tried for war crimes they would invade The Hague. I assume that goes for Israel too.

Wow, I didn't know that! It still seems like bluster, though.. They would throw NATO into chaos if they did that... More power to them, I say. Do it, see what happens to your hegemony.

I don't know that they would need to really invade, they could probably just send some missiles and call it a day
