I feel like the act might well require making its neck closer to the ground. I guess it's got a pretty powerful neck, but I'm not sure how much the muscles it uses during normal neck operation play a role in vomiting.

Takes a lot of energy to heave 50kg of vomit up a neck that long
ok sure, but grossing out all the smaller animals with your huge vomit splash zone is a way to salvage some joy out of being a sick dinosaur
