Shin ramen is where its at. Can only ever get it in spicy beef flavor though so you gotta work around that.
Maruchan is the best or "FTW" as the kids say. Too bad my store doesn't carry it so I have to get another brand.
Nissin had always been the better brand imo, but I can't find the soy sauce flavor in stores since Covid started and I'm not buying them for 1.50 a pack online.
Nissin has a better texture. It used to have the packet on the seam so you could break the block in half, open the packaging and release the packet all at once, but now they both keep it on the far side, so L for nissin.
Hell yeah. I like making two packs but throw out some of the noodles so it increases the seasoning to noodle ratio.
I prefer maruchan for taste and texture but because :im-vegan: I have to eat nissin
orientalsoy sauce only cuz the maruchan uses murder in all its broths
