Dude has some kind of auto-immune disease that makes him unable to eat most foods. But meat, he can digest and his body doesn't react like it's an infection. I wouldn't take anything he has to say seriously. It sounds fun, having steak for every meal...but after a month or two it's torture.
I see what he's going for, and I can imagine what it tastes like. But...eh. Actual beef steak is better. With red meat...not 90% fat like this is. You want to eat fat, just eat some damn fat. Don't pay $90/pound for crap like this.

Beeff without fat tastes like shit. In the same way the butter is the tasty part of lobster. Fat is the tasty part of cows.
The fat isn't the part that browns... whichis where all the flavor is....
Just like butter tallow has its own taste. When it melts it flavors the meat. Just like butter.
I promise there is more, and more pleasant, flavor in the browned muscle than the fat
Yeah but that wagyu thing looks like it's mostly just fat, I can't really imagine it tasting that good.
I think most of that fat is suposed to melt. So you end up with a much smaller much softer thing.

Meat isn't flavorless, but the flavor isn't really that good by itself, it definitely needs seasoning.
There is a wild difference in flavor between grass-fed beef and the mass farmed shit.
