Yeah there's definitely some ethics questions but it's cool shit and I'm not concerned about usage in modding where it's not for profit.
On the other hand, it's good that Bethesda didn't release a new version of Morrowind, they would have fucked it up completely. Bethesda sucks massive amounts of ass and their posterboy, Skyrim, is a souless bland game. Even though I play it to this day, I do so only because mods are the saving grace of that capitalist hellspawn.
Even mods can't salvage that game's dogshit combat and gameplay mechanics. I've tried.
