Unironically if China invaded Taiwan I could see the U.S. taking out the chip factories to hurt China
i thought there were plans revealed to do exactly that and evacuate all the key personnel to america
my understanding was destroying taiwans chip industry and stealing their experts is likely most of the reason america is trying to provoke an invasion right now
