I didn't watch but apparently Biden has big plans to save capitalism and the union, and he decided to wait until he lost congress and any power to pass legislation to tell us about them.
When Republicans have any sort of power, Democrats ceaselessly promise cool things that will never pass. When Democrats have power, they do nothing but make excuses for why cool things can’t pass.
