Maybe some specific e-girl made a promise to show her breasts and got money in exchange for that and didn’t follow through. But that’s the actions of that specific person where they made a false business exchange.
But, in general, e-girls act as a bridge between typical internet personalities (YouTubers, TikTokers, Instagram influencers, Twitch streamers) and explicit online sex workers (OnlyFans, Fansly etc). Some are more on one side than the other, and might behave differently on different platforms. But in each case, it is quite transparent what they do.

From what I remember, he co-opted Tyre Nichols' death and his mother's pleas to make another empty call for reform; he emphasized how people went bankrupt from medical care and said he's gonna fix that with "inflation reduction"; other shit. Most of it was platitudes.
I really love Biden.
