I remember loving this movie as a kid used to watch it every 2-3 years. IT has its flaws but it is a wildly inventive sci-fi action adventure similar to fifth element. The good parts are great and the bad parts are so bad its good.

Its a unity ticket film you can watch with your irony-poisoned terminally online friends AND your friends who still like Marvel movies.

At the same time, I am suspicious of any vin diesel movie...

EDIT: Not trying to stir shit, just genuinely wanted to know if people had weird vibes from this movie or what so I don't show it to a friend and have them go wtf

    I only played the game which was about escaping from a prison colony. It seemed to be ok, and I vaguely recall starting like an uprising break out or something along the way. I dunno, it's been a while.
