Not to mention a lot of people in eastern and central South Dakota (and North Dakota, presumably that state will go hard against trans rights as it's at least as reactionary) have a lot of social and economic ties to Minnesota. More likely to have relatives in MN or job opportunities there from people you know.

Let's hope this can pass so there might be one oasis in the white midwestern boomer hell
