Fun story, I worked with the guy who created the original Dove soap fragrance. He was a quirky 5 foot tall leprechaun of a man, legitimately a savant when it came to fragrances. I'm almost certain he is retired now but I'm sure he would be sorry to hear that he brought this misery upon you.

Unironically this though. As someone with some ND there is nothing worse to me than being forced into a confined space with someone who smells strongly. Of anything. BO, mint gum, perfume, cologne, hairspray, whatever. Imagine being stuck with someone's hairspray hair pushed up against your face for an hour on a hot train that's stuck waiting for signal clearance, and you can't escape, and there's nothing you can do but be hot and feel tight and be forced to smell something strongly unpleasant to you. Or imagine you're sitting at your desk and the person next to you has a date after work and they smell strongly of fake flowers and you can't get away from them and you have to sit there and smell them for 8 hours. I have had panic attacks over these and more. Fragrances should be banned they're awful and I hate them please just smell like human there's nothing wrong with smelling like what you smell like.

I use a beard balm called "Odin's Beard" that's made with all-natural ingredients. It smells like vetiver and sage and ferns and campfire. It's amazing.
