Oh yeah that too definitely. I chose bitcoin here because from memory 2017 was when it really jumped. So buying in 2016, dumping at the peak of 2017 and then investing in more stable things like zoom etc would leave you pretty wealthy.

You should be bending your knees to reach the floor anyway (unless you're trying to stretch your hamstrings or something).
And don't say that bending your knees goes away with age, because that only goes away with disuse. Do strength training or at least bodyweight squats and that won't happen aside from horrible medical conditions.
