A paranoid security focused government doesn't need much of an excuse to shut it down. The simple fact that it portrays the USSR in a neutral or positive light is enough given their definitely not Nazism inspired de-communism campaigns. Someone might remember that most Ukrainians actually liked and wanted to be part of the USSR towards the end.
