Right next to the usual stuff about losing weight and looking younger. Meanwhile I’m the only person other than the employees who’s wearing a mask

Is it stuff like using iridology?

    Iridology

Iridology (also known as iridodiagnosis or iridiagnosis) is an alternative medicine technique whose proponents claim that patterns, colors, and other characteristics of the iris can be examined to determine information about a patient's systemic health.

Idk I didn’t read it but I assume it was normal “nutrition” level pseudoscience, like drinking two glasses of wine a day, or eating açai berries or stuff like that

like drinking two glasses of wine a day, or eating açai berries

Alternative medicine seems to have two speeds.

        • Have some stuff that you like. It's good for you too!

        • Remove toxins by consuming this item you might have never heard of.

Don’t forget the third speed: intramuscular bleach injections 🙃

Ugh, I recently was trying to learn about the human eye and what causes people to have different iris patterns (biologically), and I could hardly find any actual information because this psuedo-scientific BS kept flooding the search results.
