        she's since downplayed a lot of those events, like claiming she was manipulated into sitting in the anti-aircraft gun in that one famous picture. She's apologized to American veterans of the Vietnam war too, in 1988. She flinched and will continue to flinch.

        Don't get me wrong, I really do like her and I mean it when I say she's one of the better liberals. She was friends with Huey Netwon and the panthers. But her third husband was billionaire Ted Turner. They were married 10 years. As much as I like her, there's no getting around it. She's a rich Hollywood liberal with boundaries, no matter how much she's pushed against them, which is honestly a shame. In another universe maybe she would have been something else.
