    How are they even planning on forcibly de-transitioning people? Besides being obviously illegal (not that they care) I don't know how that could implemented.

      Without insurance medical treatment will quickly bankrupt people and for minors they've typically been making doctors who prescribe treatment open to massive liabilities like being sued 30 yrs later if the patient regrets treatment or something similar

        estrogen pills and spiro are cheap without insurance tbh (usually about 40 bucks a month). prescription appointments and surgeries are a different thing.

        its likely there will be a black market for it at least... but yeah.

          My Endo has me get blood tests which are like ~1k so for example if I had to pay out of pocket for that I'd probably end up diy'ing which is rather fucked
