    This is pretty cool.

Amerika has its curtains closed too, or closing itself off to the world while Russia and china get to enjoy the stars.

The baseball bat has a lot of symbolism. Pig in the bird cage/framed?

Good artist, has what might be some pretty yikes art on their telegram page... I only know the most technical of Russian so not really sure what some of it's about. Unfortunately sometimes when they illustrate people... Well, I understand why Ben Garrison labels things now, or they're just high profile in CIS region that I haven't seen before.

I love the old timey art style, I feel like most political cartoons have a samey aesthetic (aside from Eli Valley).

Dying to know what the pig means, why is there a photo on the wall that is just a close up of the pig frowning.

this is kinda how I was reading it

capitalists trapped in their own :brainworms: gilded cage of ideology

      aka

don't our farts smell so sweet!

still thinking about the portrait, maybe a play off the cliche of the 'dear leader' portrait in the home

so :amerikkka: worships the leadership of the capitalists while also trapping them via their own propaganda about "there is no alternative" etc

I don't get the impression the artist is an anti-capitalist in any sense. From their other work, this would just be a cartoon of a sad/backstabbing meeting of the bears if the guy happened to have been born Stateside or brought there as a kid or something. Good artist though, can't knock their style and this one is a banger.
