In authoritarian North Korea, the general public is forbidden from accessing popular media that portrays their enemy in a positive light
uncritical support for the DPRK in its heroic struggle to liberate occupied Korea from the genocidal American empire
Somebody has to smuggle in some higher-quality audio recording equipment, we need infinite bitrate Juche Jams.
Love that little Internationale quote during the turnaround right before the verse. If that's not already the socialist version of The Lick, it should be.

I love that they're banning it on National Security grounds.
They gave Hong Kong so much shit for banning "Glory to Hong Kong" for the same reason.
The difference is, no one's humming Friendly Father in South Korea while lighting people on fire, blockading hospitals, stabbing police or turning university campuses into bomb factories.
stabbing police or turning university campuses into bomb factories
why do u have to make the HK ultralibs sound cool
Police are an arm of state power. If you think ACAB includes cops in China, DPRK, or any other AES state then you probably haven't met them.
policing and prisons are ineffective at achieving their stated goals, and the human cost of their failures is immense.
Your canned response ignores the point you're replying to. Police are fundamentally different in AES states because they serve fundamentally different governments which have different class interests.
ETA: No one here would be saying lib protestors looked based for stabbing Cuban or Vietnamese cops. Saying it's different for Chinese cops implies China isn't AES.
"different" sure, different enough that they don't need abolishing, no. or do you think "police abolition" was just a call for reform and rebranding?
Making awesome music must be the truest form of gommulist brainwashing
