I think shit's like actually dire in this regard in South Korea to the point I do not understand how this isn't being handled in any way. Going by current predictions in about 50 years there's only going to be half the population left and the average age is going to be 61. That is not a workeable state. They either need to fix their boning problems yesterday or become a nation of immigrants
If the Korean government decides to change the workplace and social culture to encourage life outside of work, the line will not go up as fast. Hope this helps.
