I'm picturing a tomato-based soup with diced pepperoni and a sort of french-onion-style cheesy crouton
thats what id do sans pepperon (honestly why do they put that on pjzza it sucks)
but a real monster could do it cheese-based with lonely specks of tomato & toppings
Have you guys never done this? It really helps the texture before you stick it in your big green egg to finish smoking it :grillman:
My boy Mark Z will glaze the pizza with sweet baby rays before putting it in his green egg.
