Honestly it's not that serious a text, more like a polemic. If you're already on board with the program reading chapters two and three are probably sufficient, spend your theory hours reading something with actual citations.

lol might as well knock it out just so you can't get called out on it, only takes a couple hours. or go with the audiobook
but yeah I agree with MF, it's mostly useful in providing a counternarrative to average peoples' understanding of history.
