From my experience interviewing, the whole team is on board with radicalizing the incarcerated. I mentioned Paulo Freire and literally everyone perked up in the best way.
Here in MA it seems pretty standard to have teachers in correctional facilities. This one sounds far better than what I think of as a prison, perhaps Massachusetts is actually taking the idea of rehabilitation seriously.
This position does not require licensure, though I have a professional license. It seems like a pretty good way to get a license, and it pays way better if you have a masters degree and a license.
