this is such a fucked take one guy walked up to someone on the train and murdered them. The murderer is the one that was threatening someone not the man who was speaking in an impolite manner and tone. Which isn't a threat or illegal even when a black person does it despite some confusion on the latter point for many people
That said, he went too far. Lethal force was clearly not necessary.
This is the kind of person who says they support the death penalty, "but only for people who are actually guilty."
