      Hmm if only the WHO had some sort of mechanism to indicate that #COVID19 is something to worry about.

      Ooh I’ve got an idea, since they’re the “world health organization” how about we give them the ability to declare like, a “world health emergency”. Eh that doesn’t roll off the tongue well, how about a “global health emergency,” yeah that’s better
