My guy really just confidently says the CIA doesn't do regime change anymore because they failed once or twice, and that the concept of color revolutions is actually a grand conspiracy theory claiming that all revolutions are done via CIA mkultra/Inception style fomentation. there's no proof the CIA was directly involved we just trained all the officers who carried it out, provided the lists for the death squads, and supported the atrocities in every way except literally carrying them out ourselves. Great.
