I have switched to playing games with no plot or anything I have to listen to, so that I can listen to podcasts/videos etc. I'm at the point where I can't bring myself to play anything that I have to involve myself in.
A long time ago when I was really depressed I couldn't play anything, I remember just staring at Digg or something. That sucked.
If you can you should listen to stuff with headphones outside. Hope you aren't on the US west coast.
when i was depressed i used to play only grand strategy and only because it made time feel less slow like that and enter the gungeon mindless games where you just do a thing a lot of times
At the beginning of quarantine, this was how I got through the first dozen or so episodes of TrueAnon. Minecraft, Liz, and Brace. Can't go wrong, until you tunnel into lava because you had your game sounds turned down.
