I don't want to give them too much credit, but this may be a reference to when Kissinger said "This is a bad idea" and we were like "Bro this is a bad idea. Even Kissinger, the most bloodthirsty warmongering murderous villain alive, thinks this is a bad idea" so maybe they're like "ha ha owned tankies now Kissinger thinks it's a good idea!"
