sometimes sleep cycles jus be like that
usually i can fix it if i try really hard and spam alarms until i stop feeling like a zombie, but honestly that shit can fall right back down to insomniaworld in a second if i relent and stay up for two or three nights
You know, I used to be able to reset super easily but I just get so drained these days that I have to take a nap when I try and that just fucks it all up. I don't know if it's just my willpower has diminished as I've gotten older or I am just less resistant to exhaustion.
