    I mean yes you can lose weight eating just McDonalds in theory. So long as the amount of calories you are eating is less than the calories you burn, you will lose weight. In theory.

    In practice, doing such a thing is extremely difficult as McDonalds food is very calorie dense and not very satiating. So being in a calorie deficit while on a McDonalds diet is almost impossible.
