How can there exist “laws of war” when you threaten to kill the people responsible for enforcing them and invade the country and seize the court if your soldiers are tried lol

At that point they’re just loose guidelines to have a good time

If IOF is acting lawfully right now then Al-Aqsa Flood was one of the most unassailable military operations in history. last time I checked a blockade is an act of war, and Israel has maintained one on Gaza since the 2007 elections

guitar man is big mad their nayirah-testimony isn't holding a candle to the evidentiary inferno of Isntreali friendly fire that weekend, which the Hebrew press is somehow bringing more light to under military censorship than the mainstream Western press

Not an act of war if you don't recognize them as a state smuglord

Not being recognised as a state means they cant sign international conventions, and they're still doing a better job than the us and israel

SHUT THE FUCK UP YOU WALKING BAG OF WORMS.

If anyone deserves to be strapped to an operating table and have every organ harvested without anesthetic with his mouth sewn shut, it's him.

Oh I’m sure that’s true! Countless violations of agreements, namely the Oslo accords! Just a few days ago, the US and “Israeli” troops using the so-called “humanitarian pier” the US built to carry out a massacre.
