Was so sad to see it go. It is one of the most important rivers in Germany.

The Main is the main tributary to the the main river in Germany, the Rhein. Actually that's not true, the Main isn't the main tributary in terms of volume, just the longest. The main tributary to the Rhein in terms of volume is the Aare.
Takes me back to playing F-19 Stealth Fighter and starting out at Rhein-Main AFB
In hindsight I wish I could have operated an S-125 battery and shot down the F-19
