      If you live long enough, you either die from old age or from cancer. Choose.

      That's assuming normal aging. If you "aged" by making your body think you're always 21 (or whatever arbitrary "young" age) years old then you would have strong enough immune cells to pretty much nip cancer in the bud. And hopefully the technology would also be able to "cure" any other cancers that slip your immune system. And it would have other knock-on effects like faster recovery time and faster healing time from injuries, not to mention other effects such as being able to get up the next day after a hangover or having better skin and hair and not being tired all the time. Basically anything you could do in your teenage and early 20s you could keep doing.
