    That's gonna depend on a number of factors, like how much body fat you have, how much you've exercised since, etc. If you take creatine for the next few whiles in advance of a test and take some B vitamins with a decent amount of water (32 fl oz or so) 1-2 hrs before the test, you can dilute your urine down to a passing level while maintaining the yellow color and biomarkers (creatine, mainly) that they check for to try to catch diluters.
