Over the past several months Ana Kasparian and Cenk Uygur have taken increasingly transphobic stances, especially regarding trans women in sports but also more generally when it comes to trans youth getting access to gender affirming care.
They have begun to lash out at anyone that calls them out on where they are wrong and basically refused to learn. Recently Ana went so far as to defend Jesse Singal, who is very well known as a transphobe.
I remember back in like 2009 The Amazing Atheist was shitting on Cent and TYT for being transphobic. So, it's been a while.
I remember back in 2009 when Cenk was explicitly in favor of female high school teachers raping male students as young as 14, as long as he thought the teachers were hot.
I'm not exaggerating in the slightest. Every time a story of an adult woman committing statuary rape of a minor came up, Cenk demanded to see a photo of her, and would declare it 100% okay as long as she was hot.
He acted like it was a moral crisis to care about it at all - as long as they were hot - if he thought they were ugly he supported them going to prison.
This kind of thing is disturbingly common in men, where they hear about a boy being raped by an adult and just go "damn he's lucky".

The Amazing Atheist was, to his credit I suppose, always pretty pro-trans, at least as far back as when I started watching him back in the late '00s. But yes, he was (is?) also anti-feminist, and was into the anti-sjw shit for a while if I recall right.
They do still have a channel and make streams and stuff I think, but they just go by TJ Kirk now. I don't know what they're like at this point in their life. I recall an FD Signifier video that brought him up and made a favorable comment about him basically doing a face-turn, for whatever that's worth.
