I don't think they're being dishonest about the content of their political views, I think their reactionary, borderline fascist positions are entirely genuine.

I'd was going to joke that they escaped from a dimension were idealism and materialism are one and the same but I feel even then they would still be wrong. There is absolutely nothing unqiue about this this to the point of being recognized as a separate idelogical strain.
